No one seems to care...
I feel that no one seem to care about project work, no one seems to care abt skool work. No one...No one...I know that it is not a good year to start with by saying all these things, but i must say...
Nextweek, I have 3 group assignments due, i.e. DCI show n tell, MIS 15 min of fame, MIS assignment...
The week after, WISP presentation, OCC Quiz, DCI PBL1 presentation, ERP pbl 1 presentation, MEC ecommerce shop front...
YET no one seems to care what is going to happen. Only cheeleong msn me abt mis assignment and then he disappeared. No one else, no one else... Is this human nature? must i always give reminders? people only care for themselve (elaboration: only do elearning and leave the grp work to me) they don't care abt group work because if they think that if they dun do, someone will do it...
Some don't even want to bother what is happening. People submit the assignment for almost a week already, but he/she still playing and slacking around. Dun wan to care at all like that...
Or is it my fault that i dunno how to manage the group properly? i think i am a bad leader. but I feel that member should have the initiative and not to be reminded and reminded and reminded.
The calendar of events is available at Pro2005 and i want to make it clear that i will strive harder this semester, i will not hesitate to mark people down if they do not have the 'initiative' or when they do not do their work! Am I cruel? Am I a bad leader? So be it, go and complain lar.. see if you can demote me..
So do you still want reminder? i can always send to your mailbox, but i think i will have no replies to those reminders.
PS: those who want some help from me, please note that i do not help everyone, and b4 i help you, three msut be some condition. most importantly, if you want my help, you shuldnot owe me anything. Dun think that i am always be there for you..
The theory is the same when u want to borrow more money from the bank, you msut show some improvement in your financial situation, or you must clear your current debts first before you can borrow, wht am i toking abt...
Anyway, the whole story today is that i am pissed off..
